All About Depression: Diagnosis: DysthymiaA lot of these symptoms I have, or have had. I do not remember a time of pure joy in my life, I only remember feeling down, slow, lack of energy. I have the weight problem, and I wake early, sometimes real early in the morning and cannot sleep anymore.
This is me, this is who I am, it has affected my relationships in the past and present. I have gotten treatment for it, and I am doing better, but it is still part of my life, always will be. I learn to cope with it, to function the best way I can. URL: www.allaboutdepression.com |
